Its kinda tough to find a RidePro jack adapter made specifically for the Vulcan, but a good alternative is a universal jack pad or cradle adapter that fits under the frame or swingarm, a lot go that route.
You might want to check out Idaho Jack Adapters? I know some Vulcan riders use them and they ship fast. But if you're into DIY, some make their own using wood or hockey pucks for a budget fix. Have you tried lifting your bike yet, or still shopping around?

Yep, DIY is great, very budget friendly option. I've made my own jack pads from a block of wood, and they're very useful.
You can cut a groove in the wood to cradle the frame rails and secure them to a standard floor jack.
although, it's not as stable or safe as a purpose built jack pad, so use it with extreme caution and never leave the bike on it for an extended period
